Principles for remuneration

The Annual General Meeting on 13 May 2020 resolved that a fee of SEK 75,000 be paid to the Board as an ordinary external independent member and SEK 150,000 to the Chairman of the Board. Fee refers to 12 months. Partial payments are made quarterly.
